Shipping policy

Processing time

Every wrap is printed to order and ships within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting holidays). If your custom design needs a fix before printing, like a low-resolution image, we'll email you, and the clock starts once you reply.

Shipping cost and delivery

Shipping is free on every order to a US address. Most orders arrive 2–5 business days after they ship, depending on where you live. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, or your wrap arrives damaged, email harryhine@tegoskins.com with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll send a replacement.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an address error, email us and we'll work with you to get it reshipped.
