1. Who we are

tegoskins.com is run by WRPZ Studio, doing business as Tego Skins ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Using the site

You must be an adult where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission to order. Don't use the site for anything illegal, upload harmful code, or try to scrape, overload or break it.

3. Products, colors and prices

We try to show colors accurately, but every screen is different, and printed colors can look slightly softer than they do on a bright display. Prices and products can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a price was listed by mistake or an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel your order, you get a full refund.

4. Custom designs and your artwork

When you upload artwork to Design Your Own:

  • You confirm that you own it or have permission to use everything in it, including photos, characters, logos, brand names and text.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if we believe the artwork infringes someone else's rights or is hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • You keep ownership of your artwork. You give us permission to reproduce it only to make, check and support your order. We won't show your design publicly unless you tell us it's OK.
  • We print your file as you placed it in the preview. We don't redraw or upscale artwork, so low-resolution images will print soft.
  • If someone makes a claim against us because of artwork you uploaded, you agree to cover the cost of that claim.

5. Applying and using wraps

Our wraps are made for the top sheet of a snowboard or skis. You're responsible for applying, trimming and removing your wrap; our How To page walks you through it. We aren't responsible for damage to your equipment from application, trimming (including cuts from a blade) or removal, or for any effect a wrap has on a manufacturer's warranty.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

7. Our designs and content

Our ready-made designs, photos, logo and site content belong to us. Please don't copy, resell or reproduce them without our written permission.

8. Third-party services

This store runs on Shopify and uses third-party tools for design previews and payments. Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for how they operate.

9. No warranties; limit of liability

Except as stated in our policies, the site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina, where we're based.
